In partnership with San Mateo County’s Office of Community Affairs, the Society of Heart’s Delight provides culturally responsive outreach—through workshops, bilingual materials, and trusted messengers—to help Chinese-speaking residents access vital services, health information, and civic opportunities with confidence and dignity.

Bridges to Belonging, a new initiative by the Society of Heart’s Delight, fosters dialogue and understanding between Chinese immigrants and other community groups in Santa Clara County to build trust, strengthen relationships, and lay the groundwork for a future Chinese Community Center.
