Bridges to Belonging is a new initiative by the Society of Heart’s Delight (SHD) to deepen cross-cultural understanding and belonging in Santa Clara County. This project will invest in a series of focus groups and research efforts to foster meaningful dialogue between Chinese immigrants and other community groups.

Building on strong partnerships and a growing local presence, SHD aims to strengthen long-term community relationships and lay the foundation for a future Chinese Community Center in the county.

Through this work, SHD continues its mission of bridging cultures, nurturing trust, and building a more inclusive future.
