In partnership with the Office of Community Affairs of the County of San Mateo, the Society of Heart’s Delight provides culturally and linguistically responsive community outreach services to support Chinese-speaking residents. Through workshops, tabling events, bilingual materials, and trusted messenger engagement, we help bridge the gap between local government services and immigrant communities — ensuring access to vital resources, public health information, and civic participation opportunities.

Our goal is to build trust, improve communication, and empower Chinese immigrant families to navigate county systems with confidence and dignity.
